Monks T #2

I bought this from a woman who said she was the Monks manager -- must have been Marcy Straw?? -- at a Monks show at Maxwell's in Hoboken, NJ, in the early 1990s. I was wearing my other Monks T at the time and after the show I chatted with Victor Krummenacher, who, for what it's worth, seemed impressed that one of the older shirts still was in circulation. He advised that the shirt above depicts King Frederick of Prussia, who looted his nation's treasury and gave all the money to the arts.
